On Thursday, November 13th, we’re upgrading our booking system to make it faster and easier for you to book your rides.

Here’s what to know👇

🟡Accessing your new account
Everything has been transfered automatically to the new platform, including any unused credits as well as your account information. To access your new account, simply log in using your same email address and click “Forgot password” to set up a new one. Then you are in!

🟡New app
Along with the platform upgrade comes a brand-new app. You’ll need to download the new app in order to make any new reservations. The new app is called Vélo Studios NL, you can download it here:
