NEW BOOKING SYSTEM

Launching Thursday 13th November - here is what you need to know!

On Thursday, November 13th, we’re upgrading our booking system to make it faster and easier for you to book your rides.

Here’s what to know👇

🟡  Temporary downtime in booking system

There will be a brief 24-hour window while we complete the upgrade. During this time, you’ll be unable to make new reservations — from 18:00 on Wednesday, Nov 12th until approximately 18:00 on Thursday, Nov 13th. You’ll receive an email as soon as the new booking system is live.

Feel free to stop by the studio for a drop-in class during this time — our front desk team will be happy to help you book your bike.

🟡Your account & credits stay the same
Everything will transfer automatically to the new platform, including any unused credits as well as your account information. Once the new system goes live, simply log in using your same email address and click “Forgot password” to set up a new one. Then you are in!

🟡New app
Along with the platform upgrade comes a brand-new app. You’ll need to download the new app in order to make any new reservations. The new app is called Vélo Studios NL and will be available to download from Thursday, November 13th.

🟡ClassPass riders
Any future bookings after Wednesday, Nov 12th that have been made via ClassPass will be automatically cancelled. Please rebook your spot once we go live on Thursday, Nov 13th. Our team will be available to help both online and in studio in case of any confusion.
